In consultation with the client, nine competitors were identified for the study. We studied the macro-economic trends in the US, the difference between retail and e-commerce performance, client’s profile as well as the profile of each competitor by performing an exhaustive secondary research.
Detail Research Process

In consultation with the client, evaluated the consumers on factors such as consumer sentiments, disposable income and consumer credit, and then performed a Retail Channel Analysis and determined the trends in retail and e-commerce channels. -
Analyzed customer performance across competitor brands in terms of retail sales, traffics trends and percentage sales contributions, and more. -
Performed an in-depth analysis of competitor performance with a focus on their financials, digital strategies, and business outlook.
